SPR# KUMA5ZZJ8C - Error when upgrading from 7.0 to 7.0.1+ or downgrading from 7.0 to 6.5.x. Currently when SmartUpgrade is launched it is run from the Notes directory. This causes it to load a system dll from the Notes directory. Since this system file is being installed, the installer detects that it is in use. The fix for this issue is to have 7.0 not run the SmartUpgrade executable from the Notes directory but from a temporary directory.
